Running into this error when trying to run the converter locally. This error is received at 1% when running the converter.

Troubleshooting:
Cleared space on system drive
I was unable to modify the following registry key from REG_SZ to Reg_Expand_SZ (per Problem in VMWARE P2V Conversion of Windows Server 2003 )
- I tried by renaming the current TypeLib (REG_SZ) and creating a new TypeLib with Reg_Expand_SZ, but changing it doesn't seem to resolve the issue, and it changes back after a reboot.
