Hello, 
Today is my second test day with VmWare vSphere (Free Version)
Our idea is to use vSphere for our training room, means 8 virtual system (Windows 8.1) and our NVR Video management on each machine.
I use VmWare Workstation on my local desktop. Now i try to upload some of my images to our vSphere Server:
First try with "VMware vCenter Converter Standalone" but after i login to my server and choose the datastore the software shows me the error message below.
Second way i try was to upload direct from my VMware Workstation - but after i login to the server the message ist "waiting for host" - and i wait a long time bus nothing happens 
I try the way with the Converter also from the same network where the server is located to be sure that now firewall rule is my issue - but the same error message was shown.

Hope somebody have a idea for me ...
